Betsoft continues making gains in Ukraine via new online slots deal with Vulkan Casino

Provider of mobile-friendly online casino games and 3D slots, Betsoft, has added yet another new partner after signing a content hosting deal with Vulkan Casino UA’s newly-established iGaming operation.

Under the commercial agreement, the provider’s inventory of more than 200 slot games will be made available to players at the vulkancasino.ua. throughout Ukraine.

Included in the partnership deal are Betsoft’s award-winning classic games in addition to recently released hits such as Take the Kingdom, Triple Juicy Drops and Lost Mystery Chests, which will be launched on February 24th!

Part of the Vulcan brand, the easily navigated Ukraine-facing online casino site was launched in 2021.

B2B revamp:

In addition to powering up its partnership drive, the Malta-based developer is also giving its B2B offering a makeover. Included in the revamping, an updated Client Area will provide more detailed information via a “simple and accessible” format, while bespoke art packs alongside marketing promotions for “key clients” will also be implemented.

Founded in 2006, in addition to its award-winning desktop and ToGo line of mobile games, which includes the trademarked Slots3 collection of true 3D video slots, the Malta-headquartered provider features a whole line of products including its in-game promotional toolbox,  Betsoft DRIVE, alongside its proprietary Casino Manager, The Shift Platform, Vault, Mini Games and Virtual Racebook.

The commercial deal follows the provider’s tie-up with Joker.ua, another Ukraine online casino site, along with a multiple vertical’s deal with NetBet.it, part of online casino and sportsbook giant NetBet, and the launch of Betsoft’s latest slot title, Triple Juicy Drops.

Betsoft’s second release of 2022, the high volatility, cascading slot ramps up a classic concept, bringing a 95.73 percent RTP and 20,534x the stake. Players will also find exciting features such as a trio of Prize Wheels, including Mini, Super and Mega. Markets correct, global concerns spark selloff; Nifty below 19450

The correction continues for the second consecutive day in the market. The Nifty slipped below 19,450 and the Sensex too declined 286 points. The broader market was down more than 1%. Mazagon Dock Shipyard up 4.5% after wiping off 1-month gains in 21 session

Shares of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders rose 6% to an intraday high of Rs 4,560 from its previous close of Rs 4,299.55. The surge in stock price came a day after it fell 9.4%, intraday. Also, the stock was down for the whole week, wiping off investors’ gains in the last five trading days.

LIC gets nod from RBI to raise HDFC Bank stake to 9.99%

HDFC Bank  announced on Thursday that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has granted approval for the Life Insurance Corp. of India (LIC) to acquire an additional 4.8% stake in the country’s largest private sector lender. LIC currently holds a 5.19% stake in HDFC Bank.

According to a stock exchange filing by HDFC Bank, the RBI has advised LIC to complete the acquisition of the additional HDFC Bank shares within a year. However, LIC must ensure that its overall holding in the bank does not exceed 9.99% of the paid-up share capital or voting rights of the bank at any given time.
